Shipping
All items are shipped for free. We use UPS with Signature service to safely deliver your Gold Chain. We currently only ship to the US.
Warranty
If the chain breaks, kinks, or gets damaged within one year of buying it, we’ll fix or replace it. This warranty only covers gold items.
What’s Included: If your gold chain breaks, kinks, or gets damaged within a year, we’ll repair it or give you a new one.
What’s Not Covered: We can’t cover damage if the chain was used in the wrong way, had an accident, was changed, or has parts that aren’t gold.
How to Use the Warranty: If you have a problem with your chain, email us at contact@elegancedumonde.com within one year of buying it. Tell us what’s wrong and give us your purchase info. We’ll explain how to get it fixed or replaced.

At Elegance Du Monde company, we take pride in sourcing our products from suppliers who are in good standing with “The Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC)”. The RJC is a trusted organization dedicated to promoting trust in the global fine jewelry industry. They have developed a comprehensive Code of Practice (COP) that sets the standard for responsible ethical, social, and environmental practices throughout the Diamond and Gold Jewelry supply chain. Return Policy
To start a return email us at contact@elegancedumonde.com to set up a return within 30 days. We will work with you to verify the issue and provide a return label. To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging, print and attach the provided return label an drop it off at your closest UPS drop off point.
Refunds
After we receive your returned item and have inspected its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
