Shipping
Orders over 75$ have free shipping and come with signature UPS shipping. We use UPS with Signature service to safely deliver your Jewelry. We currently only ship to the US.
Repairs
We pride ourselves on the quality of our jewelry. If you encounter any issues with your new item within the first 30 days, we’re here to fix it at no additional cost.
Just drop us an email at Contact@elegancedumonde.com with your order number and a photo of the jewelry needing repair. Should you need repairs after the initial 30 days, we’ll clearly outline any costs involved before proceeding.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our primary concern! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we welcome returns of non-custom items for a refund within 15 days of confirmed delivery.
Return Guidelines:
- Returned items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
- Please include all the original packaging.
- We do not refund shipping and handling fees, and we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
Make sure to package your items securely to prevent any damage during transit. We thoroughly inspect all returned merchandise; items with any damage, such as scratches or tangles, will be rejected. Failing to follow these guidelines may lead to a denial of your return or incur additional fees.
